Whether it’s your first time standing on a board or you’re chasing your next perfect turn, our surf sessions are made for every level. From total beginners to seasoned riders, we’ll meet you where you’re at — right here in the warm waves of Santa Teresa.

All lessons are led by local Costa Rican surf coaches who were born and raised on these breaks — people who’ve surfed here their whole lives and know every lineup, current, and secret spot by heart. They’ll teach you the rhythm of the ocean, not just the technique — how to read the sets, feel the water, and flow with it.
